Certamente la chitarra influisce sul giudizio, le atmosfere bucoliche pure ma la musica di Digamma Cottage si apre a sensazioni non così legate ad un’etichetta.
In questo Ep si concede aprendosi al pubblico affascinato da atmosfere folk contemporanee sfumate in sonorità medioevali, meglio ancora, rinascimentali, appartenenti ad un mondo per tanti ‘desueto’, per una piccola nicchia ricco di suggestione.
Digamma Cottage fu l’ultima dimora di Ugo Foscolo prima della morte, l’epilogo romantico di un poeta che nella Londra di fine ‘700 si spense accendendo i lumi di una nuova poetica, intensa, irrazionale.
Il romanticismo di questo piccolo album lo incontrate nei picking sulle corde, nelle fiammate eteree, a tratti marziali ma mai cupe, un lume che splende tra nebbie e raggi di sole.

Certainly the guitar affects the judgment and the bucolic atmosphere as well but the music of Digamma Cottage is open to feelings not so tied to a label.
This Ep grants folk atmospheres, shades of medieval and Renaissance sounds, belonging to a 'old-fashioned world ' for many, for a small niche full of charm.
Digamma Cottage was the last home of Ugo Foscolo before his death, the epilogue of a romantic poet in the London at the end of '700 who, turning the lights off went out for a new, intense, irrational poetic.
The romance of this little album is in the picking of the strings, in the ethereal wildfire, sometimes martial, but never dark, a light shining through fog and sun rays.
